President-elect Barack Obama has chosen Robert Gibbs as his press secretary. He has been Obama’s communications director since 2004 and was the press secretary on John Kerry’s 2004 presidential campaign.
Here is a video that proves that Gibbs is up to the task of handling the White House press corps. You may have seen where he smacks down Sean Hannity playing Hannity’s game against him but it is a safe bet that you didn’t realize who he was. Watching Hannity on the defensive was a beautiful thing to see.
