i have been againt palin since this thing started but this letter absolutely confirms and sums up all that i’ve read/seen in one well written piece. i admire the woman who wrote this and appreciate her simple details and facts. is sarah palin a smart woman? sure. are millions more capable of being the VP? you betcha!!! obama is going to win this thing and in the end, palin will be remembered historically– for being an almost worse choice that bush himself– but thank goodness she won’t be elected.

I live in a small city of 5,500 people. I know first-hand exactly what these type of bullies can do to silence people. I also know, when the author of this letter says she fears retaliation, she is not just saying that. Small town bullies will cross any lines and cause tremendous harm to people and the city in order to get their way. It works for them because the retaliation people receive for speaking out is very real. It has to be the citizens’ voice to put a stop to it-not the other politicians and city workers. That’s why silencing the voices of people is so important to the bullies.

To all the people who have questioned Anne Kilkenny’s facts in this letter. Fact Check has released its findings.

Their conclusion: “Overall, Kilkenny’s facts are more right than not, and we found no real whoppers.
